- Cadre Development at Village Level- Planet Nurture Foundation empowers rural communities through cadre development at the village level. By identifying, training, and mentoring local leaders, we strengthen grassroots capacity, promote self-reliance, and drive sustainable change for health, education, and child development within the community.
